We can even package all of your monthly utility bills in with your rent (i.e. gas, water,

electricity, broadband etc) which makes  monthly financial budgeting a whole lot easier.

 Unfortunately this brilliant system cannot help stop arguments over who drank

the last of the milk in the fridge and didn't replace, it but we guarantee

it will remove the need to chase house mates for bill money every month !

AGENCY FEES


We request ALL TENANTS MOVING IN SHOULD VIEW THE PROPERTY before signing for it,

but once you have viewed and chosen your next home you must reserve it as soon as possible

by paying an Agency Fee which is non refundable if you later withdraw. Paying this fee shows

financial commitment and ensures we remove the property from the open market while we process

your application - which should only take a few days at most.

Agency reservation fees to student tenants are £90 per person   (£75.00 + VAT).

DEPOSITS AND THE TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME


You will be required to pay a deposit equal to 5 weeks rent before the commencement of the tenancy,

usually within 1 month of signing the tenancy contracts, as security against damage to the property.

Tiger Property Partners hold your monies in accordance with regulations laid down by the tenancy deposit

scheme run by Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd (www.MyDeposits.co.uk) and the deposit is returned to you

after the end of the tenancy subject to standard terms being met.

 

 



GUARANTORS


 

We require every student tenant to provide us with details of a Guarantor who

would be responsible for paying your rent in the event that you can’t, and we 

send the rent payment paperwork to your guarantor in the first instance.

Your guarantor must be a parent, grandparent or legal guardian, and must

be a working homeowner.


 

 



METHODS OF PAYING TIGER


Y
our rent should be paid direct to Tiger from your bank by Standing Order, and we must also have

received a cleared agency fee and deposit funds before we can hand over keys to any rented property.

To help us prepare for your moving day please note the other following methods by which you can pay us:



1. Your Deposit is required ideally when you sign the tenancy contract, but certainly within 1 month after.

The first month rent will be required at the beginning of your tenancy.

2. You can electronically BACS transfer monies from your bank to ours, or pop into a branch of Barclays Bank

& deposit cash. We will supply you with our bank details as required). Add the property address and your

surname to the money transfer so we can see it arrive in our account (e.g: ’32 Acacia - Smith’).

3. We accept Bankers Draft cheques from your bank. These cheques represent ready cleared funds but

you will need to organise it with your bank the day before you need it and check with us first who it

should be made payable to.

4. We accept cash - although it is the least preferred method of payment - but it is direct.

5. You can also pay us over the telephone using the following credit or debit cards or by PayPal. Debit

card payments are free but Tiger charges a 3% handling charge which is added to credit card payments

(please note that Tiger does not charge for payments made using PayPal but PayPal has its own

charging system which you should research before using this payment system).

  

 

MAKING PAYMENTS


If you need to make any agency fee, deposit or rent payments to

Tiger Property Partners Ltd either online or in person please

contact us for the details of the specific Tiger account you will pay into.
 

 
 

PAY PAL PAYMENTS

 

We handle these payments differently so if

you wish to use PayPal to make rent, deposit or

agency fee payments you will also need

our email address which is:

Overseas tenants making payments to

Tiger Property Partners Ltd need to

contact us for our banking details.

We will give you our swift code

and IBAN number.

 

 



            



Don’t forget …
We receive hundreds of payments into our accounts every month so whenever

you make any payment to us please attach a reference so we can recognise the payment, this

should be the property address and your surname, e.g. ‘1 SMITH ST – JONES’. In the case of PayPal

payments please use the box on the payments page to send us a message so we know to look out

for your payment and allow 3 working days for us to receive the payment. Thank you !

(protect your deposit and your stuff)


Your rent will never cover loss or damage caused to personal possessions

so Tiger  Property Partners Ltd recommends Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd for

extremely competitive Tenants Contents Insurance.

Whoever you take insurance with do make sure you're covered

how the heating works, how the alarm works, where the utility meters and stop taps are, what to do in
