Tiger Property Partners Ltd was set up in 2005 to specialise in renting and managing residential property and landlords love the little touches we add to the experience of renting their properties; e.g. a 'No Let No Fee' attitude that means we only charge on the success of letting your property, a lower ratio of customers to staff which means better service because you will always know who you are speaking to, plus a tiered pricing system which means we only charge you for the work we do. We also offer our landlord clients 24 hour, 7 days a week maintenance cover on the properties we manage, but what sets Tiger Property Partners apart from other agents is that our in house maintenance team can do everything from changing a tap washer to organising building extensions for you !
Tenants love having skilled staff to accompanied them on viewings 7 days a week, during the day and evenings (where possible). We also place great importance on spending time with new tenants right through the application process and particularly on the move in day to start the tenancy properly. We can even package all of the tenants utility bills and Broadband in with their rent via Glide.co.uk, which makes monthly budgeting a whole lot easier and takes away the stress of collecting bill money from house mates !
From our office in the centre of Didsbury village we are set up to cover the whole of central South Manchester from Didsbury, West & East Didsbury through Withington, Rusholme & Fallowfield, out through Burnage, the Heatons, Levenshulme, and beyond.
