apartments across South Manchester from Whalley Range

out accompanied viewings at our properties
– by prior appointment, and both within
and outside normal office hours.

all tenant applicants through a full credit
check, and (where necessary) ask tenants
to provide guarantors.

will attend the property with you on the day
you move in to show you around, and show you
how the heating system works, where the water
stop tap is, and what to do in emergencies
etc. To help you settle into your new home
all tenants receive a 'Welcome Pack' from
us which includes Fairtrade products, as well
as a general list of rights, obligations and
obvious ‘do’s and don’ts’,
and information for you that will help you
settle into the area.

Have
a team of trusted contractors to help us
maintain and manage your properties, and
control the legally required gas safety
inspections on our landlord’s behalf
as part of our normal management contract.

Carry
out visits to and safety risk assessments
of all of our managed properties at regular
intervals during the tenancy.

Offer
advice and guidance on current HMO regulations
and ever changing tenancy legislation.

Offer
professional one-to-one assistance and guidance
on legal recourses should a tenancy not
work out (please note though that we ourselves
are not a law firm, and any help given should,
if necessary, be backed up by advice from
a correctly qualified solicitor). |

mortgage and financial advice, taxation planning, a
full ‘House Doctor’ interior and exterior
design service, architectural design and planning, specialist
